In this post I what I attempted to express was a bit tricky, and therefore the feedback I received, while plentiful, was difficult to decide whether or not to use. I should have included the post in English to clarify what I meant. For example, it was suggested that I change いい覚えがある to よく覚えている. I wanted to say I have a positive memory of the experience, not that I remember it well, so I ended using 嬉しい覚え.
